We breed for Quality, not quantity and we do keep a waiting list, so our puppies are generally adopted quickly. Please see our Puppies to pick out your new Best Friend, or request to be on our waiting list if all puppies have families.

You may then contact us to place your $200 Non-Refundable deposit and you will be placed on the waiting list in the order in which it is received for future schnauzer puppies. Q: What is the total cost of a miniature schnauzer puppy?
* All of our puppies are $2500 Limited AKC Registration (Spay/Neuter required at 6 months).
Q: What is the process from getting on the waiting list to bringing a puppy home?
* Request a Waiting List Contract, fill it out and sign it online.
* Place a $200 deposit to secure your spot on the waiting list. (This is applied to your $500 puppy deposit.
* When puppies are approximately 6 weeks old, puppy photos will be uploaded to this website and you will be directed to the link to view them and pick out your fur baby when it is your turn.
* You will then sign a Purchase Agreement and place the remainder of your $500 puppy deposit: $300.
* Puppies will be released at 8 weeks of age, after their health exam by Cornerstone Animal Hospital, and you will pay your balance upon pick-up of your fur baby. You may use any of our payments. Cash is accepted, however, we do not accept checks of any kind at pickup.
Q: Do you dock tails and/or crop ears?
We do dock tails and remove dewclaws when puppies are 3 days old.
We do not crop ears and neither does our Veterinarian. If you desire cropped ears, please make prior arrangements with your Vet.
