WAITING LIST / PRE-PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This is a contract for the Non-Refundable down payment of a pet quality, purebred AKC Miniature Schnauzer. This Non-Refundable down payment will assure you a position on our waiting list and secure your future puppy pick. This document concerns a live animal and is executed with prejudice in favor of that animal’s well-being by the undersigned. This is a contract only and shall not be used for, nor construed to be, an application for registration of that animal. This agreement is between Miniature SchnauzersGA, LLC (Breeder/Seller) and Buyer for one miniature schnauzer puppy of desired sex/color as chosen above.
The buyer and seller are subject to all terms and conditions set forth below as follows:
All puppies sold as Pets. No guarantee will be given to any puppy as to size, color, quality, show ability, disposition, nor fertility. Registration papers will be marked LIMITED. Any offspring from this dog will never be registered with either registry. If for some reason papers are not available at the time the Buyer takes possession of the puppy, they will be sent to the Buyer as soon as they are received. Buyer agrees to continue vaccinations and deworming treatments.
Your position will be secured on the waiting list in the order that your Non-Refundable Two Hundred Dollar ($200.00) deposit is received. Your time to pick will depend solely on the number of puppies that each female whelps, which is beyond our control. We will contact you when it is your turn to pick, or you have the right to pass for the next litter or pick from the current litter presented to you. You will Not loose your seniority on our waiting list if you pass to the next litter. I will post the waiting list on our website so that you will always know your position and be prepared to pick or pass as litters are whelped.

In consideration of the purchase price of ____________________ DOLLARS ($ 00.00), plus shipping. This non-refundable deposit of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00), shall be paid in advance, to secure your position on a waiting list and for your puppy. At the time of your puppy selection, you pay the rest of your puppy deposit in the amount of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00). Then the balance of __________________ DOLLARS ($ 00.00), to be paid by cash, Venmo, paypal or Credit Card before puppy leaves the Breeder. The balance plus applicable shipping must be paid at least 10 days prior to shipping. NOTE: If you are using Credit Cards/Paypal, Venmo or Cash App to pay any portion of the purchase price of the puppy, you MUST ADD 4% of the total cost. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In most cases, puppies are ready to leave for their new home at 8 weeks of age, however, it is at the sole discretion of the Breeder. Once the puppy is released, Buyer must take possession within seven (7) days. Failing to do so will result in boarding charges of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per day, payable prior to pick-up or shipping of puppy.

The Breeder has the right to cancel this contract and refund the deposit if Breeder feels it is in the best interest of the puppy.

This is a binding contract. By signing this contract and returning it to the Breeder with the deposit, the Buyer agrees that Buyer has read and fully understands the terms and conditions. Any amendments to this contract must be in writing and signed by all parties, oral representations are not binding.
Parties specifically agree and confirm that the proper jurisdiction and venue for any Legal proceedings initiated by either party to enforce or nullify any part, provision or paragraph of this contract or the whole of this contract shall be in HABERSHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA.
